Welcome to Doodora
Unary Works LLC ("Doodora," "we," "us," or "our") provides Doodora, an AI drawing app for children, together with our website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If a child uses the Services, the child's parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, give permission where required, and be responsible for the child's use of the Services. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Parent or Guardian Responsibility
Doodora is designed for children with parent or guardian involvement. A child should not create an account, provide personal information, enable microphone features, upload images, or make purchases without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the app and choosing whether voice, AI processing, uploaded-image, local artwork storage, or purchase features are appropriate. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and tell us if you believe an account has been used without permission. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or create safety, security, legal, or operational risk.
Creative Content
"User Content" means drawings, brush strokes, text prompts, voice-derived instructions, uploaded images, locally saved artwork, artwork titles, and other material provided through Doodora. "AI Output" means images, text, or audio generated by Doodora's AI features.
You keep the rights you have in your User Content. You give Doodora permission to process, store locally on the device, display, transmit, adapt, and create AI Output from User Content as needed to provide the app, save artwork locally, support users, improve reliability, maintain safety, and comply with law. In the current Android pre-release, saved gallery artwork is stored locally on the user's device by default rather than being synced to Doodora's cloud artwork storage, but drawings, prompts, voice-derived instructions, uploaded images, and canvas snapshots may still be transmitted when needed to provide AI, speech, safety, support, or purchase-related features.
AI Output may be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to common ideas or outputs generated for other users. Doodora does not guarantee that AI Output will be unique, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Child-Safe Use Rules
Do not use Doodora to create, upload, request, save, or share content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, self-harm related, exploitative of children, illegal, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for children.
Do not include real names, addresses, school names, phone numbers, account passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in prompts, voice instructions, drawings, or uploaded images. Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it.
We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit features, or suspend access if we believe use of Doodora may be unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
AI Safety and Reporting
Doodora uses safeguards intended to reduce inappropriate or unsafe AI content, but no AI system is perfect. If you see offensive, unsafe, or unexpected AI Output, report it in the app where reporting is available or email hi@doodora.art. User reports may be used to improve filtering, moderation, and safety practices.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If Doodora offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions on Android are handled through Google Play. Google Play's payment, cancellation, and refund rules may apply. Doodora does not receive full payment card numbers. Parents and guardians should review and approve any purchase by a child.
If you delete your Doodora account, you may lose access to remaining AI creation quota, local account data, and subscription-related app access. When technically available, Doodora will try to cancel future renewals for a Google Play subscription linked to the account before completing in-app account deletion. Account deletion and subscription cancellation do not automatically refund the current billing period; refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund process or applicable law.
Privacy
Doodora's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, voice audio handling, parent choices, and how to request deletion.
Things You May Not Do
You may not interfere with or reverse engineer Doodora, bypass safety or access controls, use automated scraping or abusive traffic, attempt to access another user's account or artwork, upload malware, infringe intellectual property rights, use Doodora for unlawful purposes, or misrepresent generated content in a harmful or deceptive way.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Doodora. We will try to make changes thoughtfully, especially where saved artwork or paid features are involved, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers
Doodora is provided for creative and entertainment purposes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Locally saved artwork may be lost if the app is deleted, device storage is cleared, or the device is lost or damaged, so families should export artwork they want to keep. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Doodora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer or child protection laws.
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using Doodora at any time. You may request account deletion and associated data deletion by emailing dev@unaryworks.io or by using the in-app deletion flow where available. Deleting an account is permanent and may remove account access, locally saved artwork for that account on the device where deletion is performed, and unused AI creation quota. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates safety, legal, or security risk.
